Kids have fun at the Fur Rendezvous celebration that is held each winter in Anchorage, Alaska. These images were taken over two weekends during the 2016 Rondy. While looking at the images I noticed many babies and kids had food on their faces. Most kids do not mind having their pictures taken and look directly into the lens. Babies look even more intently into the lens. Probably wondering why a camera and long lens is being pointed at them.
I used a monopod with my Nikon 70-200mm f/4 lens and Nikon D810. I used an f/4 aperture to keep range of focus narrow to emphasize people’s eyes. I will remove any photo upon request by contacting me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
