Fur Rendezvous is a late winter celebration in Anchorage, Alaska were thousands of Alaskans head downtown for the Frostbite footrace, costume fun run, sled dog racing and outdoor hockey. The blanket toss is always a fun event. The parade is a favorite with kids, which had large crowds this year. There were a lot of people wearing furs because of the cold temperatures.
People were enjoying Fur Rendezvous so it was easy to capture images of people smiling. I used a Nikon 70-200mm f/4 telephoto lens to keep distance between myself and the people I am photographing. However; it is difficult to remain unnoticed at times. I will remove any photography upon request by contacting me at 907-240-1025 or email@example.com
