Fur Rendezvous in Anchorage, Alaska, is a late winter family event were kids have fun. Families were bundled up because of the cold. Kids are used to having their images taken because of the abundance of smart phones; however, I do not take an image if a child has a "please do not photograph me" expression on their face. There is usually a lot of kids at the winter carinal, but this year it was too chilly for kids to enjoy the rides.
I used a monopod with my Nikon 70-200mm f/4 lens and Nikon D600. I used an f/4 aperture to keep range of focus narrow to emphasize people’s faces. I will remove any photo upon request by contacting me at firstname.lastname@example.org 0r 907-240-1025.
