Turnagain Arm can look bleak in the winter with all the dirty sea ice in a water. People from Anchorage, Alaska travel along the inlet to ski at Alyeska Resort and hike the Chugach Mountains. Moose, sheep and wolves are part of the ecosystem and draw many tourists and locals to Turnagain Arm. The area has very little snow the last couple of years due to global warming. The arctic is feeling the affects of climate change.
I was experimenting with double exposures during my trip and was surprised at the results. Most of the images were taken with my Nikon D810 and Nikon 70-200mm f/4 lens. I use a monopod.
